For those of you [yay I have some readers finally!! :-D] who have separate threads on your blogs, how do you do it? Like having a link to posts specifically for workouts, food journaling, etc.?

sorry I can't help you with this one. I switched from blogger to wordpress a long time ago. I could tell you how to do it on wordpress....but that would be not helpful....
I am a woman of extremes. I love a challenge, I love a thrill. I love to do the impossible.
I am intense, stubborn, tenacious and tough.
But I have a soft side that is just as strong. Sensitive, caring, and emotional sometimes I feel as though my heart is made of glass. But while I may be easily hurt, I am also quick to care. My friends mean the world to me and I truly share life with those I care about. I wouldn't be myself or where I am without them in my life.
